Senya's "Chat With Us" Feature
When you are on the Senya app, there is a red Chat With Us button at the bottom of the menu, allowing you to get fast support from our Customer Service team. We do not use chatbots or offshore support centers—you will always chat with a Senya team member!
The Customer Service hours are M-F, 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM Mountain Time.
Troubleshooting Issues
If the chat feature is not working on your device, the most frequent reason we encounter is that your internet connection is unstable. Check to make sure that your device has a strong signal.
If it appears that the connection is strong but the chat feature is still not functioning, you can try any of the following actions:
- Clear your internet cache (temporary storage on your device that saves copies of frequently visited webpages). There may have been an update or change that is now disrupting the functionality.
- Sign in to your Senya account using your internet browser, and use a private/incognito internet tab.
- Try switching from your internet network to your mobile network (or vice versa).
